There are 10 affordable homes proposed, including 2 for Shared Ownership. These vary in size to suit couples and families, as identified in the Parish Housing Needs Survey.

The top image shows the two proposed flats (plots 9 & 10) and the lower image shows semi-detached houses (plots 7&8).

Two modest bungalows are proposed for open market sale to suit local people who may wish to downsize.

The proceeds from the sale of these homes are used to cross-subsidise the construction of the affordable homes.

These homes have been designed to blend in with the affordable homes, using the same materials and features.
